*Swimming pools:
There is no swiming pool in the hotel but we tried to make our guests feel as much comfortable as possible and made a deal with the hotels arround - our guests can use the pools of 3 surrounding hotels for 30ep per person per day extras.
*High Season:
1st July till 20 Oct – Egyptian Feast and national days – Mid term Holidays – Easter – Christmas week – 20th Dec till 15th Jan.
*by reservation a 20% has to be paid by the confirmation
*10 days cancellation time before the arrival time in case of
delaying one night fees to be charged for each cancelled room.
Dear guests, please note following:
- Check out time is 12 noon;
- Please inform reception one night in advance before you check out;
- Room key must be held at the reception;
- Loss of keys will be charged at the cost of 30 LE;
- No outside guests allowed into hotel rooms for safety reasons;
- Room services upon request between the hours of 11am and 4pm;
- Please shut down all electrical appliances when not in use (AC, lights, fan);
- Please inform reception immediately in case of any plumbing or electrical problems;
- Kindly be informed that the hotel will not be held responsible for any loss of valuables; however you are more than welcome to use our safe;
- Please note any damages caused within the room during your stay you will be charged for the repairs.
