Boxercise

Try Boxercise, it is a safe, effective and a fun form of exercise suitable for all ages and levels of ability.
Boxercise is the best stress buster around and is one of the most effective forms of cross-training. It combines use of aerobic and anaerobic energy systems with the systematic recruitment of fast and slow twitch muscle fibres in a manner that not only ensures a diverse workout, but also enhances sports specific senses. It includes hand-eye co-ordination, balance and timing. Boxercise classes are always fun, energetic and addictive!
